You will have access to entire loft , Parking Spot available for 10$ a night from the parking structure.
*IMPORTANT*
- If you are over 6' tall, you will hit the roof if you go to the upstairs area of the loft, the ceiling is 6' high upstairs.
- Location is very lively and you will see people constantly.
- Floors have a bare cement finish that has cement stains that looks like dust when you walk on them barefoot, please be assured we do our best to keep the place 100% clean.
Parking is available upon request, and if the FOb is available.

• Pets must be approved prior to booking
• $30/pet/day for 3 nights above bookings and $50 /pet/day for 1-2 nights bookings and if you sneak in a dog there's a fee of $50. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
•If your dog has barking tendency when left alone we kindly ask that you bring them with you when leaving the loft as we do have other guest in the building
• Pet must be ON leash at ALL times when outside of home
•Pet must not be left unattended in the patio at all times
• Pets are NOT allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime
• Pet feces must be cleaned after. If there is any poop left inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50
• Pet cannot be washed or bathed in tubs or sinks
• FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in a $100 floor disinfecting fee
• FEES: Pet showered in bath or sinks will result in a $200 fee
• FEES: Pet hairs found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 cleaning fee
• Please follow check-in and out instructions
• You must CLIMB a ladder to reach one of the sleeping areas of this loft. You are free to use and climb the ladder but please know it is at your own risk. This area is not for children, elderly, or those with physical and/or medical restrictions or special needs. It is not recommended to use for those under the influence. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents sustained.
• If more guests show up than what was stated on your reservation, there will be a $50 fee per guest per night. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property or building.
• Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
• Parties are allowed for a maximum of 10 people only and visitors that aren't included are only allowed to stay until 10PM, otherwise, we will charge $20/guest/night.
• No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
• We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
• Be very careful when climbing the ladder to get on top of the loft. Please re read the sentence above!
• Any Fees charged/collected before/during the reservation is non refundable
• Mail services are not available.
• FEES: Lost or taken Parking/building fobs will result in a 250$ fee from the city, not us! Do not lose them!
• FEES: Lost or taken TV remote control will result in a $40 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge NO EXCEPTIONS
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
• FEES: Tampering with the Security system in any way will result in the cancelation of reservation without a refund.
**Please Refrain from flushing any toilet paper/baby wipes etc from the toilet to avoid Clogging
If we find that guests clogged the toilets with things they shouldn't be flushing, we will charge a Plumbing Service Fee **
Failure to park in your designated spot may result in your car being towed at your own expense.
