"The house and garden exceeded all our expectations. We loved the photos and description in the listing, which is why we chose it, but the reality was so much better. On arrival, Guglielmo and Luca met us to show us around the house and garden and give us important information. Several times during the holiday, they checked in on us by message, and offered recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They were the perfect hosts. "Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit herrlichem Blick über die Hügel im Vorland der Appeninen. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Landschaft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben sich um alle gekümmert. Der Pool bietet Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Die kleine Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch zum Kochen. Es hat uns alles sehr gefallen. "Quaint fully renovated home in the “Town of a murals!” We only stayed two nights but would stayed more if I could and hope to stay there again in the future. The centre of town has an historic church with amazing murals on the walls and ceilings. Local bar makes great cappuccino and pastries."

"Sejour parfait, reposant. Les hotes sont adorables et aux petits soins. Le village attenant typique. Tres belles plages et beaux villages aux allentour. La piscine du domaine est vraiment grande et nien aménagée. Nous avons tellement ete seduit par l'endroit que nous avons fait mariage improvisé avec l'aide de nos charmants hotes. "Great view from balcony. Apartment was nice but water leaked through sliding door when it rained. Good access to beach but beware there are wild boars roaming beach area. We were disappointed the spa and restaurant were closed. "

"We were not able to stay in this apartment, finding out as we arrived for check in at 5pm that there was a power outage in the house, that was communicated by an Italian groundskeeper. Luckily, our sister in law speaks Italian and was able to manage the transfer to a nearby hotel. Note that the online booking manager for the house lives in California, and was not able to be contacted immediately. Once we were in contact with her (about one hour later), she gave an immediate Venmo refund and...
