"We love the location walking distance to the Arringo Square and Piazza del Popolo. Lots of restaurants and it was market day in the square. Bed was comfortable, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Bathroom has big bath tub no glass or curtain for shower so made sure not to splash water. They asked us our breakfast choices so we had scrambled eggs and toast. Staff were helpful. "Loved the staff and property. Everything I thought it would be. Hiccups with WiFI but I wasn't surprised considering the area. Had several of the terme treatments, well worth it and will do it again! Alessandra at receiption was amazing! "The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful and very relaxed. I would recommend anyone goes to this hotel as the location is fabulous on the seafront. The rooms are not huge but it’s a great base to enjoy the sea views and pop over to beach. The best thing about this hotel is the staff of which for me is the most important thing. The owners made us feel really welcome and at home"

Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. "The hotel in general was nice. However there were 10-15 kids hanging out in the lobby and front door. Seemed like a school was being held there. It was very unusual. Also, parking was impossible. None existed. If it wasn’t for the kindness of a local gentleman I do not know what we would have done. If you are not driving that’s a different story. Restaurants in the area were awesome especially II Meggesse. "

"The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "

"This unique lodging in an historic palazzo is located in the central part of the city. Major squares are within five minute walk. Parking can be a challenge but the property offers valet service for an extra charge. Breakfast offferings were very good with a variety of options. Staff were friendly and helpful."
