"We had a wonderful time staying at Maria Rosa’s as a family of 6 with 4 kids 11 & younger. It was a great price & had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was a nice place to use as a home base for exploring the area of Umbria (Don’t miss Assisi! It is amazing!) There was a well loved pool table & foosball table that our kids greatly enjoyed. We were able to cook with all the pots & pans we needed & the water was hot for showers. Keep in mind you definitely need a car & this is a well...

"This place exceeded our expectations! The location is superb—right in the heart of the historical district, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "Beautiful small hotel in a perfect location. A couple hundred yards from the Duomo! A nice breakfast is included. We loved Orvieto with its beauty, not many tourists and the many great restaurants. Would definitely say at Hotel Duomo again. "

"An absolute surprise, a gem in the middle of nowhere it seemed, but in reality, close to many different towns, and things to do. I don't normally rate 5 stars, but from the excellent meet to leaving, the entire staff was perfect. A five star meal, cupped with 5 star service, can not praise this place enough. A must while in Sorrano. Thank you all for my stay. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the small town feel and the welcome that Valerio gave us. We wish the weather could have been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the views more, but still an excellent time. We especially enjoyed cooking a meal in the kitchen together using ingredients we found at the local vendors in cetona! We hope to be back soon!"

"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. "Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "
