"Good: There was a singing room for singing. Amazing views to the mountains from the rooms at the back of the hotel. Breakfest was good and the staff spoke Italian and perfect English. Improvements: I wish staff would speak Finnish language. "

"Hotel exists here over 100 years! For Which I appreciate the family to keep it going! Over that rooms are little bit older (2010 ish) all was very clean staff great! Most beautiful was VERY NEW AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SPA ON THE ROOF!!! LOVE THAT! Also travelled with our Golden Retriever - for little cleaning fee 20€ which I understand they had no problem at all with our lovely dog, thank you for this amazing memory you gave us!!!<3"

"Trying to figure out how to unload luggage gave us a bit of stress, but the local people were amazing to help us. The area is amazing, wished we would have had more time to tour. The room is comfortable, but it was a bit warm. We opened up the windows but with the celebration of Halloween was a tad too noisy. Loved hearing the children. The breakfast is very good. "
