"Lovely property. Deep in the mountains of Tuscany. No air con needed as very cool in the house. Houses great really big and completely private. All the sounds you hear is running water and the birds. As we had been travelling from early morning it would have been nice if there had been a welcome pack with a few essentials as we were all so tired and the nearest supermarket was 20minutes away. "Skøn plet i bjergene. Vi nød det virkeligt, men der er 20 minutters bjergkørsel til indkøb, så man skal huske det hele, når man handler ind. Pool, hus og området omkring huset var super lækkert. Skøn vandretur på ruten Grottorotondo ovenfor huset. Eneste minus var, at vi i den grad følte os værfet ud på afrejsedagen, hvor vi egentligt havde udtjekning kl. 10, men der kom allerede folk kl. 6 om morgenen og påbegyndte klargøring af pool og udeområder med larmende græsslåning. 3 rengøringsdamer...

"We visited this property as our first ever family vacation with three toddlers and it was pefect! The property itself was beautiful, the town is quaint and the hostess is sweet and accomodating! The only reason i gave the neighborhood 4 stars is because i did not take into account the winding roads when planning this trip which is my own fault. "The property was clean and well equipped the pool was large and very clean. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Weather was against us as the area is quite mountainous and therefore subject o fluctuations. Car is essential. Small town nearby has everything required. Restaurant within walking distance down a steep winding road but unfortunately was closed for the majority of our stay. "

"Everything was just as advertised. Chiara was a wonderful host who met us after our long journey. The pool was great, al fresco dinners and the quietness of the mountains. View was spectacular and there is a path down to the creek. Piazza al Serchio is close by for any grocery needs and market on Tuesdays."

"A spacious property with loads of outdoor space (and pool). We were very comfortable here and could easily have stayed longer. The host, Massimo, is very friendly and most generous. We thought the village was charming and Castelnuovo is well worth a visit. "
