"My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in....

"Von der Buchung bis zum Check out verlief alles reibungslos. Wir konnte sogar 3 Stunden vorab in die Unterkunft kostenlos ein checken, da unsere Flieger schon sehr früh auf Sardinien ankam. Das erfanden wir als ein super Service. Die komplette Kommunikation mit Melisa war außergewöhnlich gut. Egal welche Frage oder Probleme wir hatten, es wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert und die Probleme gelöst. Echt top 👍 Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zusehen. "Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The small bungalow consisting over a large bedroom, Kitchen/dining room, plus shower/toilet was the perfect stay for me and my recuperating ill wife. "This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"The property is in a convenient location, close to Cagliari. There is a pizzeria, market and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small garden on the property with garden chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people, but there was little equipment. At our request, the equipment was supplemented. Despite the fact that the facility could use a little renovation (eg. squeaky doors), my stay was nice, pleasant and worth recommending."

"Lovely villa with large well kept gardens and every appliance and facility you would wish for. Games, toys, cooking appliances, beach towels, everything. Restaurants and a good supermarket in easy walking distance. Five adults and two infants able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. Only 30 minute transfer from Cagliari airport. Elvira is a delightful host and amazingly friendly and helpful."

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Würmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und für uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spülmaschine, was für uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Unterkuntswahl...

"The property and location were just perfect! We absolutely loved our stay; thank you Emmanuel. Our only suggestion would be to please provide a welcome booklet for visitors, which includes information on closest shops, restaurants, places to visit: tourist leaflets etc. Also local emergency information e.g. vets, closest hospital etc just in case. Otherwise the property had everything we needed. We definitely would love to come back!"

"Siamo stati veramente benissimo e trattati non da re e regina, ma ancora meglio. Quasi come dei figli. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo a tutti i nostri amici o conoscenti. "Tolle, super ausgestattete Unterkunft, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen Strand, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle (für direkte Fahrt nach Cagliari) auch in der Nähe. Unkomplizierter Host. Alles bestens. Kommen wieder!"

"Mario’s place is perfect on every level. The place was immaculate when we got there. The checkin process was very easy and Mario provides suggestions for many places to visit and eat. The pool has a deep end and is cleaned daily. If you’re planning on leaving the property, rent a car. There is private gated parking. We will reach out to Mario next time we are in Cagliari."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
