The holiday homes modern furnished apartments with large outdoor spaces and equipped with all comforts. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, parking.
Our kind guests will be able to enjoy a marvelous panorama that extends from the sea of Taormina to the Calabrian coast to the northeast, to the Gulf of Catania and to the Syracusan Riviera to the south, while to the west the mythical Mount Etna towers.
'a muntagna for us Sicilians' with its numerous and spectacular eruptions and its lunar landscape.
Strategic starting point for many excursions including the nearby Taormina, Acitrezza with its stacks, the Baroque of Acese, the Alcantara river park with its caves, the lush park of the Nebrodis etc.
For those who love mountain biking, table tennis, table football, for the lazy relax in the pool listening to good music.

Schöner Urlaub auf Sizilien
Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Urlaub, das Objekt ist etwas abgelegen, schön ruhig und man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick aufs Meer, mit dem Auto war alles super zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung etwas altmodisch, aber alles funktionsfähig, die Betten könnten etwas bequemer und weicher sein, und vor allem haben Kleinigkeiten gefehlt, wie genug Klopapier oder Müllsäcke oder Spühl- und Trockentücher.. Der Pool ist das Highlight und der Grund warum wir das Objekt gewählt haben, schön groß und kühl, allerdings stand im Internet „Privatpool“, wir dachten wir hätten den Pool immer für uns alleine und wann wir wollten, leider aber nur von 8 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr abends und teilen mit einem anderen Objekt.. Die Vermieter wohnen im Gleichen Objekt, ganz oben und sind immer zu erreichen, der Herr hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben, wo man gut essen gehen kann, einheimische Restaurants, sehr günstig und sehr lecker, nur englisch scheint man in der Gegend kaum bis gar nicht zu sprechen. Trotzdem war der Urlaub sehr schön und sind mit allem zurecht gekommen.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre semaine près de Catane, dans un petit village frais et reposant. Les propriétaires (sur place) sont très sympathiques et la location spatieuse et agréable, conforme à sa description. C'est un bon point de départ pour découvrir l'est de la Sicile et l'Etna en particulier.

Location située dans une imposante et magnifique bâtisse avec vue imprenable sur la côte.Le logis est propre,vaste, bien équipé même si l'électro-ménager est un peu ancien.Très belle piscine.Le village, avec tous commerces,est à proximité.Et les propriétaires sont charmants , discrets,mais très attentifs au bien-être des vacanciers,surtout si comme nous, ils sont victimes de déboires(perte de bagages à l'aéroport).A conseiller.

Ottima vacanza di Pasqua ...
Ottima vacanza di Pasqua quella trascorsa a S.Alfio, appartamento adatto alla mia famiglia, tranquillo e con ampi spazi esterni. Proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Da S.Alfio abbiamo fatto delle interessanti escursioni sull'ETNA, a Taormina e sulla costa Jonica. Sicuramente da consigliare ad un amico.

"Siamo stati ospitati da una simpatica famiglia, molto cordiale, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, come se fossimo stati a casa nostra. Disponibili per ogni qualsiasi necessità avessimo: quando si viaggia con i figli è facile avere delle necessità imprevedibili! Abbiamo trovato un ambiente semplice, pulito, in una zona tranquilla e con una vista sul mare semplicemente MERAVIGLIOSA!! Certo che consiglierei a tutti una vacanza così rilassante e piacevole!"

"Très déçu par le logement,l''annonce laisse penser qu''il y a 2 chambres, alors que les photos montrent 3 appts différents, l'équipement et le mobilier de la cuisine est au minimum et très vétuste, limite propre.Le lave linge est collectif, le frigidaire est placé dans le couloir sans lumière; contrairement à l'annonce, pas de chaine Hifi, de sèche-cheveux, d''AC, de livres. Pas de torchons fournis et draps très usagés. Bien situé pour les escapades autour de l''ETNA. Propriètaires très discrets,piscine très agréable en retour de visite mais sans doute trop petite quand les 4 appts sont loués. Bcp trop de chiens dans les alentours qui aboient en permanence."
