"Laura is a superb host. Her meals are not to be missed. Location is isolated and peaceful, yet driveable to Mt. Etna, Catania and Siracusa. And there are views of Etna from right on the property. We shall return."

"It is a wonderful place, in the middle of a garden with olive trees, apple trees and chestnut trees. From our room we could see both the coast and the sea of Riposto and Giarre and from the other side the volcano. Breakfast was very tasty with locale goods, some directly made on spot. Se had the chance to have a dinner and I regret I was not able to try all the dishes of the menu. Staff is very helpful and discrete. An amazing stay! "

"At first we were a bit worried as we couldn't find the hotel in the sat nav, but then after we put in the coordinates we found on google maps, we found the gorgeous, serene and peaceful Ai Vecchi Crateri Hotel! We had the beautifully designed room 9 which is on the 1st floor with the view of the hotel's outdoor and pretty communial area. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for us, as nowhere around Mount Etna, had we seen such delicate and beautiful, art and design come together to blend...

"The property is set high above a small village - with stunning views of mount Etna. It has an amazing garden ... and lot of space. Huge variety at breakfast ... Biggest bonus: host (and her mother - thanks for breakfast treats) made it special. We saw Etna against a blue sky - and also covered in snow (in May!). The terrace also has views down to the sea! I can imagine the garden and terrace would be even nicer in summer ... Huge thanks to Zaira for making our holiday special :-)"

"Fantastic apartment! Very comfortable and you can’t beat the location. Comfortable bed, but you have to go up stairs to the bedroom and the bathroom is on the main floor. That is the only negative. Office for the building is around the corner and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The ladies in the office are very helpful. "This property is ideal for a quiet break. the gardens and views are really remarkable. The area is so quiet. Its probably not so great with children as there are 200 steps to town or same to beach otherwise its taxis which cost a bit. Breakfast was great for the view, pehaps a little pricey for the content.
