There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...

"We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. "Residence Margi made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. You do need a swim cap for the pool (a requirement), and you should absolutely use the driving instructions the hotel gives you so you don’t get stuck in an alleyway."

"The house was a perfect fit for our family trip to Italy. We enjoyed the location that happened to be centrally located to both family and the city. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean.
