"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"We had a late check-in and our host welcomed us with two glasses of wine. Very nice and clean room, breakfast was so good . The property is located 10 min away of Serravalle Designer Outlet. We enjoyed our stay and we received useful tips about the surroundings from Daniella, our host, despite the language barrier."

"The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it. "This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

"I personally had a great time cycling with Gian. The house itself is very clean and complete. Nice swimming pool. Fresh eggs from the chicken. Be prepared for the slightly rocky dirt road of around 1km leading to the home."
