"We chose this property as it is close to my friends appartment and we were visiting for Xmas. We loved the area and it is very convenient for getting all over Barcelona. The flat is very basic and quite clean, although the blankets smelt sour so we did not use them. The flat in general could do with a bit more love and attention. The front door does not stay locked unless you double lock the chub lock. No hooks to hang wet towels on, the pillows were not comfortable and only 1 towel per person...

"The suite was as it was described and depicted online. Clean, conveniently located, fully equipped with kitchen appliances, blow dryer and iron. Contact staff were friendly and reliable at check-in. "It’s obvious the host is trying to avoid multiple listing fees. This property is not two units as advertised and rather one apartment. There is no separate room for the sofa double bed. It’s in the middle of the kitchen. We were initially planning on having every adult have a separate bed but ended up having to make every one share mattresses, which was not what we wanted. "Good location right next to the metro. 12€ cab to the beach. The room has almost everything you would need. Alex, the property manager, is fantastic. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom...
