Classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is renowned for its wonderful beaches but you will find many other beautiful surprises there. Rich in 220km of coastline dotted with more than 75 coves, the island is also home to authentic rural architecture. We want you to discover this magical place thanks to this ideally located house.
L'Escale Minorquine, new for 2023, located in Binibeca in the south of Menorca in one of the most beautiful corners of the island, will accommodate up to 9 people.
You will thus discover a house fitted out in the purely Menorcan style, so characteristic of this still preserved island. Nestled in a very quiet and residential cul-de-sac, with an area of 130 m², the villa is surrounded by vegetation, without any opposite.
Its very beautiful swimming pool occupies a dominating and ideal place in the middle of an exotic and raised garden.
The MORE: the villa is currently being renovated and interior refurbished (bathrooms, living room and bedrooms) in the purely Menorcan style. The work will be finished by next May. Photos will be updated as they are completed.
The NEIGHBORHOOD: in a very quiet area, the villa is located in a double dead end and therefore very low traffic. Calm assured. At the back of the house, the countryside with its scrubland as far as the eye can see will be the starting point for many hikes or bike rides.
The seaside is only 800 meters away (less than 10 minutes on foot). Not far from there, Binibeca Vell, an authentic little fishing port nestled at the bottom of a cove with its small fishermen's houses completely restored with whitewashed roofs.
On either side of Binibeca, there is a succession of coves with turquoise and translucent waters.
Binibeca, considered one of the most beautiful regions of the island, is located 20 minutes from the airport and the capital Port Mahon.
EQUIPMENT: the villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms with double beds with their independent bathrooms for 2 of them and 1 dormitory bedroom with 3 bunk beds. An additional shared bathroom. A small but very well equipped kitchen and a small separate laundry area. A living room in the center of the house with direct access to the large terrace and the swimming pool. A large shaded dining area and a barbecue area. Finally, a roof terrace with sea view that can be used as a solarium and relaxation area, or as a dining or aperitif area...
THE GARDEN: illuminated at night, benefiting from an automatic watering system preserving the typical vegetation of the island (lemon tree, fig tree, palm trees, cactus, aloe vera, etc...). And you may be lucky enough to have a visit from the wild turtles that you will enjoy with some fruit and salad leaves... The swimming pool is automatically lit every evening.
