BALAFI NOVO is a MAGNIFICENT two-storey villa for 10 people located in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in an environment surrounded by nature and beautiful mountain views.

The property, made of natural stone typical of Mallorca, consists of 400 m2 of living space and 800 m2 of plot.
Inside we will find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with a big sofa and television, ideal for relaxing.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet.
On the first floor are the other 3 double bedrooms, also with en suite bathrooms. In addition one of the bedrooms has a dressing room.
All rooms have air-conditioning (by driver).

Outside you will find a lovely swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture (tables and chairs to enjoy a wonderful outdoor meal) and portable barbecue.
