Fantastic Host, Fantastic Property
The location is perfect- close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops. The property had everything we needed from kitchenware to a washing machine and Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and provided recommendations on things to do and see in Mallorca. Clean, quiet, peaceful and Stefanie is lovely!

Better options for the price
Host had us drive to her work to pickup Keys. There are fees outside of the app. No beach towels. Some lights didn’t work. Good location near beach but walls are thin and neighbors are loud.

Séjour agréable
Appartement agréable et bien situé. Literie tres confortable. On entend les voisins comme souvent en Espagne. Pour les futurs locataires français, les frais de ménage de 65€ en espèces ne sont pas très evidents à lire sur le site Abritel. La plage est magnifique, c'est la plus belle de notre sejour !

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und man ist in kurzer Zeit am Strand. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls überall in der Nähe. Einziges Manko war das Recht Laute Klimagerät gegenüber von der Wohnung, wir würden aber trotzdem wieder in der Wohnung Urlaub machen.

Der Name der Wohnung passt perfekt
Der Kontakt mit Stefanie war von Beginn an sehr herzlich und vertrauensvoll. Nachdem unser Flug Verspätung hatte und wir erst spät abends angekommen sind, wurde der Schlüssel an der Wohnung im Safe hinterlegt. Wir waren total begeistert von der Sauberkeit und der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich vorstellen kann inklusive Putzsachen, Einkaufstüte etc. Die Lage spricht natürlich auch für sich. Für uns sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir hierher kommen. Liebe Grüße, Katrin & Markus

Tolles Apartment in top Lage
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, war sauber und in top Lage. Direkt erreichbar sind Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Direkt neben dem Haus bekamen wir immer einen Parkplatz. Die Verwalterin Stefanie ist super nett und kümmert sich schnellstmöglich, falls man ein Anliegen oder eine Frage hat.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe
Die Ferienwohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt zudem eine Klimaanlage, welche den Aufenthalt drinnen trotz hoher Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Hochsaison ist es dort logischerweise sehr voll, weshalb wir zu anderen Stränden gefahren sind, die von Calla Millor aus jedoch - vor allem mit einem Mietwagen - sehr gut zu erreichen sind. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden, jedoch nach 20 Uhr sehr rar. Die Vermieterin Stefanie ist ebenfalls toll. Sie hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und auch Tipps für Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten gegeben. Einziges Manko war, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und sich kaum jemand an die Nachtruhe gehalten hat. Erfahrungsgemäß ist dies aber oft der Fall in spanischen Mehrfamilienhäusern. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage des Nebengebäudes (genau gegenüber des Schlafzimmerfensters) offenbar defekt und nachts unerträglich laut, so dass wir das Fenster geschlossen lassen mussten. Die Vermieterin hat zugesagt, den verantwortlichen Hauseigentümer bezüglich der lauten Klimaanlage zu kontaktieren. Da beides aber nicht in der Verantwortung der Vermieterin liegt, ziehe ich dafür trotzdem keinen Stern ab. Wer jedoch einen leichten Schlaf hat und viel Wert auf Ruhe legt, sollte vielleicht auch generell Ferienwohnungen in Mehrfamilienhäusern meiden. Alles in allem wae es aber trotzdem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Bel appartement, très bien placé
L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, très propre, près de la mer et des commerces.. possibilité de se garer juste à côté.. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour, avec le plaisir d'être près de la mer et de profiter du balcon au retour de nos balades et visites. Le seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de rideau occultant pour dormir. Mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour chez steffanie !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe
Wir haben die Wohnung für 10 Tage gemietet. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Balkon. Die Wohnung ist nur ca. 150 bis 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine. Klimaanlage ist auch vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Die Anmietung war problemlos. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden diese erneut buchen. BG A und S

Erholungsurlaub
Der Aufenthalt in der gemütlichen Wohnung war sauber und ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmeile, Strand und Promenade in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Gegend mit einem Leihwagen erkundet und schöne Orte, Häfen, Märkte und süße Buchten gesehen. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind jedoch rar gesät . Die Kommunikation mit Steffi war sehr herzlich und immer super schnell. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder wählen, wenn wir nach Cala millor fahren. Fünf Nächte verbrachte ich in Stefanie‘s Wohnung. Mir hat es an Nix gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Check-in und check-out hat super geklappt. Stefanie kam noch persönlich vorbei um mir alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen. Eine sehr sympathische Frau :-). Auch so war sie immer da, wenn ich Fragen hatte (zu Unternehmungen…). Das Meer ist super schnell zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch mehr als genug vorhanden. Das schöne, es war alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen. Superwohnung auf der Mallorca
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage, 150 Meter vom herrlichen Sandstrand entfernt. Guter Zugang zum Meer. Viele Cafés/Restaurants/Geschäfte an der langen Strandpromenade. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt alle Küchenutensilien: Töpfe, Pfannen, Gläser, Lappen, Servietten. Es ist wie zu Hause: Sie müssen sich um nichts kümmern. Es gibt sogar einen Regenschirm und eine Einkaufstasche)))))) Das Bett und die Handtücher sind sauber und duften angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sauber! Der Balkon blickt auf die Straße. Aber der Lärm der Stadt ist nicht zu hören. Besonderen Dank an die Vermieterin Stefanie. Sie war immer in Kontakt. Sie gab gute Ratschläge und Empfehlungen. Stefanie ist sehr gastfreundlich und verantwortungsbewusst. Sie hat sich sofort nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und uns ihre Telefonnummer hinterlassen, damit wir sie erreichen können. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Wohnung, der Vermieterin, dem Meer, der Insel und dem Wetter! Wir werden wiederkommen! Beste Empfehlungen!

Perfekte Unterkunft für zwei Personen
In dieser Wohnung findet man alles, was man für einen entspannten und stressfreien Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns mit guten und wertvollen Tipps geholfen. Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und das Parken vor dem Haus war sehr gut möglich. Nochmals Danke an Stefanie für die freundliche und zuvorkommende Rundumbetreuung.

Danke für die schöne Zeit
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf der Insel und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Palmen entspannt schon am Morgen. Sowohl das Bett als auch die Couch waren sehr bequem sodass wir gut schlafen konnten. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super.

Ganz klare Empfehlung!
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und hat eine top Lage unweit von Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sowohl das Bett, als auch das Schlafsofa sind sehr bequem und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Stefanie ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, die mir jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Sie hat mir viele tolle Tipps rund um Cala Millor und die Insel gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
