Only 500m walk to Cala Tarida beach. Situated in very quiet side road without traffic. Supermarkets, pharmacy, stores, bars and Restaurants - everything within walking distance. Bus stop 150 mts away.
100m² living space divided into a large living room with open kitchen and dinig table for 6 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 spacious Bathrooms. There's a nice and quiet garden and a small Pool of 3,20 m diametre and approx. 1,40m depth. There's another terrace with a large dinig table (up to 6 persons) gas heater and gas BBQ.
Completely renovated, as new house. First-time occupancy was in 2018. Fully equipped with kitchen and garden furniture. Washing machine, tumbler, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave and everything that you need.
Both bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe. Sofa bed in living room, suitable for up to 2 children or 1 adult.
Ideal for a family with up to 3 children or 2 couples / families.
2 private car parks are available.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in a non-busy side street. Therefore, it is only for families and guests who are looking for peace and relaxation as well as for the nearby, on-site beaches, gastronomy and leisure facilities.
In the evening after 10 pm, the outdoor area has to be kept quiet so as not to disturb the residents. Loud activities are therefore prohibited. I myself live in San Jose about 10 minutes away and am available to the tenants if they need assistance.

Io , mia moglie , i miei 2 bambini di 12 e 8 anni e mio fratello ci siamo stati in agosto 2017 per 2 settimane e ci siamo trovati benissimo .. L'abitazione e' nuovissima con tutti i confort e corredata di tutto quanto puo' servire ad una famiglia completa .. Inoltre la posizione e' ottima vicinissima alle migliori spiagge dell'isola .. La consiglio a tutti ..

Great property, very clean and modern, lovely quiet location, close enough to all amenities.
We had a lovely two week stay, the property was well managed and it was easy to contact the owner for arrival & departure. Beautiful, modern & clean with everything you could possibly need. Good restaurants in the area and the beach was lovely although very busy. The beach was located down quite a few steps but restaurants/bars were located at either end. It was nice to recuperate with a nice cold drink! It was a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
