Excellent villa great location
We travelled there with our daughters and her friends to celebrate our eldest’s 21st birthday. Before we arrived the villa owner Caty could not have been more helpful with all our queries and was also on hand to answer questions during our stay. On arrival the villa was stunning, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here as location was excellent to get to local beaches, Sant Josep plus San Antonio and Ibiza town not far away. This characterful villa definitely represents value for money. Thanks for everything Caty!

Fabulous stay!
We had the most incredible time at this villa. It was absolutely perfect for our week and plenty of space for 8. The pool area was fantastic and the location felt secure but close to everything we needed. Caty was a great, communicative host and we couldnt have asked for better.

Wonderful base for a group, well equipped and spacious.
Can Guerxonet was brilliant. The perfect base for our (too short) trip to Ibiza. We were a group of 8 and there was more than enough space. Lots of little gathering areas, beautiful luscious pool area and gardens, very very well equipped kitchen. And Caty was very kind and helpful ☺️ Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Only tip: use the app for taxis because a lot of the time if you tell them Can Guerxonet or the address they have no idea 🤣 sometimes “Sa Tasca” works because there used to be a restaurant here.

Great stay, beautiful villa
We stayed in Caty’s villa for 1 week and i would highly recommend to groups of friends or families as a great base in Ibiza. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and tableware you could ever need. Pool and outside area is amazing with various areas to hang out and nice quality outdoor furniture and lounge chairs, unfortunately we did not get to enjoy it to the fullest due to the weather during our visit. The host Caty was wonderful, very accommodating and also provided toys, high chair and bedding for my 1 yr old daughter. Location is very private but also convenient for visiting cala bassa beach club, sunset ashram and cala tarida. Hope to return!

A true Gem!
Caty, we can’t really put in words how much we all enjoyed our stay in your beautiful villa! Thank you for having us! This tastefully restored finca was THE perfect place for our family reunion! Located a few minutes drive from serene beaches and outstanding restaurants. The pool area, terrassed sitting areas and several insta worthy spots invite you to stay and truly you never want to leave. The views! magical sunsets, mature olive, pommegranate and almond trees, it has the perfect combination of old world charm with modern ameneties. Indoors sports a clean, fully equipped, large kitchen and plenty of room to gather. Rooms are spacious and again, a perfect old world charm with stylish bathrooms. Caty is an outstanding, very accomodating host and a pleasure to meet. We tend to visit a local only once and in all the years of travel, we NEVER thought of returning right away - but for Villa Can Guerxonet!

Beautiful house for a relaxing holiday
Been coming to Ibiza for 15 years and this has been the best stay yet. The house and the location are fantastic! Short drive and you have the best beaches and restaurants. Don’t want to drive? There a few very nice restaurants within a walking distance The house is an absolute gem! Beautifully restored old finca with all the old elements intact. The bbq area is perfectly located for a sunset dinner. And the hostess has been very helpful and absolute pleasure to communicate with. Will be definitely coming beach here.

Great Villa, Good Location, Lovely Host
We stayed in this villa in mid October and had lovely time. The Villa is in a really good location two minutes from St Joseph and the beaches of Cala Tarida & Cala Bassa, so ideal if you want to be close to family beaches. This villa is very well equipped, very clean comfortable & homely. Caty was a dream host to deal with, really friendly and approachable, she really does go out of her way to make sure you have a comfortable stay with lots personal hospitality touches..... We couldn't recommend it more. Would love to return,

Stunning villa in ideal location. And host is lovely!
We are so happy we found Caty's villa! We spent a number of hours over weeks looking for the perfect villa and when we saw Caty's we were fairly sure we'd found it. We arrived and were shocked... It was even more amazing than it looks in the photos! Tasteful, spacious, beautiful plants everywhere, multiple seating/lounging areas all around inside and out. Kitchen has everything you need. The swimming pool was awesome and has a fantastic view too! The rooms were very clean and the beds were all really comfortable. We can't thank Caty enough. She went out of her way to accommodate all our requests and was quick to respond with any messages. We were extremely sad to leave and are seriously considering returning next year. The villa is so well located, there is a nearby village which is a very short walk that has a couple of decent restaurants and there are fantastic beaches only a short drive away. And short taxi rides to most of the best clubs. Thanks again Caty!!

Fabulous villa and location!
Wonderful property and in a fabulous location. The villa was very clean and well catered for our family of 9. Every attention to detail! Super place for kids of all ages and within walking distance of some lovely (if not expensive) restaurants! Lovely pool area and all added up to a relaxing holiday! Would definitely like to return! Thoroughly recommended
We had a wonderful family holiday with three generations happily catered for in this lovely villa.. The villa feels isolated with uninterupted views from the pool to the sea but has a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance and the local supermarket is only a few minutes drive away. There are lots of different spaces for people to go to and for different meals. We were welcomed with wine and beer in the fridge, fruit from the orchard in bowls and all the basic stuff like coffee, tea, milk, juice, honey etc which was much appreciated - and not always offered. Products in the bathroom and clean sheets and towels half way through all just added to the good feeling about this villa. Caty and her husband could not have been easier to communicate with and dealt with any queries and small problems that arose speedily. We will definitely book again.

A wonderful traditional Spanish villa with all mod cons. August 2018
We were a family party of 7 adults 3 small children and a baby, this place was perfect I really couldn’t fault it .Spacious accommodation, fantastic views, wonderful pool and outside areas to relax and eat. Caty and her husband could not have been more friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, any questions or queries were answered swiftly . Caty went out of her way to provide extras for the infants in our party as well as welcome gifts that were much appreciated. The villa is in a perfect location a few minutes walk to the pretty village of Sant Augusti, with 3 restaurants/Bistro (although only open evenings). The villa is just 10-15 minutes from a number of lovely beaches also the clubs and nightlife that the island is famous for are not far and easy to get to. This holiday was to celebrate my 60th birthday, and all of our group had a wonderful holiday.

High end villa wit excellent host within walking distance of a handful of restaurants
This is the best villa we have stayed in recent years. Extremely clean and well maintained the villa had all the equipment and amenities for cooking for the 11 of us. Lovely infinity pool and lots of different areas for relaxing. We were given Ibizan toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and a dental kit which we have never had before. Caty was a charming host also came in mid week to change sheets and clean. Fantastic! We definitely hope to return.

Beautiful relaxing villa iwith character in charming village
We have just returned from a weeks stay in the Villa. We went with our 3 children and elderly parents to have a relaxing week in the sun and to escape from the usual "touristy" spots to get a flavour of the real Ibiza. The villa is charming and the outdoor pool area is amazing with beautiful views over the village and to the sea. There is a lovely covered area for outdoor dining and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. Caty, the owner and her husband were lovely and met us at the villa and were always happy to help in any way or recommend restaurants. The owners must be very keen gardeners as the gardens around the villa are beautiful including the huge area that contains plenty of fruit trees. There are two great restaurants nearby which we can highly recommend especially the Bar Can berri which serves "Iberico secreto" a lovely pork dish with honey and mustard. We'd highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a slightly quieter place to stay but only 15 minutes away from the nightlfe which our teenage children enjoyed. Thank you Caty for a wonderful week. We'd love to come back!!

Amazing house!
We loved the house at the first moment we saw in Ownersdirect, but in the check in, We saw that it was over our expectation. The villa is amazing, conditioned for winter season and also summer season. It is very confortable and it have incredible views. The host is lovely and she was very kind with us. Un Noël de rêve au soleil
Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve dans cette magnifique maison pendant les fêtes de Noel. La maison est confortable, bien équipée et pleine de charme.
