Fantastic house located in one of the best areas of the island.

The house is distributed in two heights. On the main floor we find a bedroom, bathroom with shower, storage room, fully equipped kitchen facing the living room with access to a large terrace that has an outdoor dining area. The living room has a convertible bed soma that provides additional sleeping space.
On the upper floor, two double bedrooms, one of them has a terrace overlooking the sea and a bathroom with bathtub.

The roof has a relaxation area with hammocks where you can enjoy its wonderful views of the sea and sunsets.

It has a communal pool, private parking space and alarm system.

The house is ideal for families, with capacity for 4 adults and 2 children.

Great stay
I’ve stayed here with two friends. We had a bedroom each. That is an absolute plus! Being three women, we felt very secure in the house because of the security alarm and the front gate. Communication with the host was fast and pleasant. The only small downside is that communication via WhatsApp is in Spanish. For us this meant we had to use google translate. Absolutely no big issue, just something “nice to know”. When you meet the host face to face, than the communication is in English. The location is quiet but central. Although, in my opinion, a rental car is a must to see more of the island. Parking is very good, there is a private parking space next to the front gate. We had a great stay and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!! ¡Muchas gracias Antonio!

Tidy, clean house. Three good bedrooms and good bathrooms. All really really good. Couple of notes for property holder: downstairs it smelled muffy, as if it was moist? We didn’t want to leave the airco on when we were away, but every time we got home, it smelled as if we were in a wet basement. Nothing too serious, but might be good to check it for next visitors. Thanks for a great stay. Overall, i would still recommend this house for sure!!

beste Erholung
Wir waren mit fünf Personen in dem Ferienhaus. Es gab viel Platz und sogar drei Terassen. Die Dachterasse war wunderschön, mit Sicht auf das Meer und dem Sonnenuntergang. Der Strand war in fünf Minuten zu erreichen und das Wasser ist einfach super!
