"The house is beautiful with lovely views of the ocean. The photos were accurate. It had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The host was very responsive to issues that arose. We had a variety of guests and they all were very complimentary about the house. There is a steep path that is approximately 15 minute walk to the closest beach (Sa Tuna), which is a lovely spot. "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un couple d'amis. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Tout se fait à pieds à 5 min du port de plaisance et 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces et des restaurants. Magnifique et grande piscine très appréciable avec cette chaleur. Climatisation très fonctionnelle. Aménagement de la maison conforme au descriptif, spacieuse et fonctionnelle . Très bon accueil de Bernard et Nicole. Nous y reviendrons surement."

Initial mess with check in was related to the fact I never got an email supposedly sent to me 2 weeks earlier, than the person responsible for delivery ofbthe keys did not speak any English, on top of that she insisted that one gate was open, when actually was locked...finally someone from the street helped us. "The place and rooms were great, the location right next to the street was a bit loud if you have your window or door open (a lot of people rev up their bikes/cars for some reason in the vicinity) but if you close everything you hardly hear it. All devies worked without trouble, the garage entrace is quite steep, if you have a low laying car be careful there."

There was only one medium towel each, no smaller towels for the bathroom or spare towels for swimming pool use and shower. We would have appreciated more proactive communication as well as additional towels, soap, trash bags, etc which are usually included in rentals to make our stay easier. "Pros: Nice location, good size place for two families with kids. Has a pool. Cons: Hidden extra costs (bed linens and towels) and very stressful checkout (possibly due to English language). Pool was not heated enough for that time of year (15c) and almost all the door locks don’t work or don’t work well. "Had a great stay at this property in L’Escala. Spacious property which is completely enclosed so safe for our dog. Pool is clean and a great size. Plenty to do in the area. Great communication with host, William and his daughter, who were happy to provide any information."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the house, it had everything we needed for a relaxing week. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, walking in the forest nearby, and visiting the surrounding towns. "In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since...

Great buffet breakfast & comfy

"We have been in this hotel for the 4th times. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, the room is great, the bed and pillows very comfortable. The downside is that when autumn season, they turn off the air condition a/c and it was hot since we were on top floor. They can provide you with a fan if you want but we didnt ask bc at night we leave the windows open."

"A beautiful property with a stunning view. We initially planned to stay for one night but ended up extending our stay for three days. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the service was exceptional. The hotel is incredibly clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Will be returning! "

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The breakfast was great! "
