Spectacularly located over 1000ft above the sea, on the rugged, wooded north west coast of Ibiza, Casa Anna has arguably the best views on the island, similar to those of the famous 5 star Hacienda Hotel a few kilometres away along the coast. Its elevated, hilltop location means that even the hottest days are cooled by a sea breeze. A modern villa on an exclusive development, Casa Anna has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a modern well-equipped kitchen. The villa has terracotta tiles throughout and is comfortably furnished in a simple modern style. Chill out by the infinity edge pool or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach. Cala Benirras, one of The Guardian's top ten beaches in the Balearics, is only a 15 minute drive and the nightlife of Ibiza town is only a 25 minutes drive away. Or try a winter or spring break - the house has central heating, a log fire and lovely rural and coastal walks.
The road has recently been re-tarmacked so please ignore all comments in reviews about the state of the road to the house!

We recently returned from Casa Anna in San Miguel, Ibiza, and it was 10/10. The villa is beautiful and very peaceful. We loved the fantastic views and the pool area which gets long hours of sun. The villa has great outdoor amenities, including a BBQ for outdoor meals and two different tables outside, perfect for small or large groups. Inside, the villa is great, with very comfortable beds and extremely clean bathrooms and showers. Everything was perfect. Annabelle’s hospitality made our stay easy and enjoyable, she was always available with helpful instructions and recommendations. Casa Anna is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Ibiza. Thank you, Annabelle, for a great stay.

Perfect Spot to Experience All Ibiza Has to Offer
We loved our stay at this beautiful home in a peaceful part of Ibiza. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our trip. The notes were very helpful! We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the island, but time on the back porches and pool were amazing to eat a meal, watch the sunset and enjoy time together. Our favorite beach was Portinatx, WOW! We loved Aubergine and Can Cameta Cafe for restaurants near by. Great place to stay! Also, would add to your notes, for travelers that run or bike- you can park right down on 400 and take the path along the side of the road for quite some time. I really enjoyed that! If make a trip back to Ibiza, we will try to stay at your home. Thank you, thank you!

Beautiful villa with stunning views
We couldn’t believe our eyes when we arrived at the villa, opening the shutters and seeing the sea crashing around the mountains as well as the swimming pool was such a treat after the flight. The villa is generously stocked and the thoughtful guest book was key to our stay, we hired a dinghy with a motor and are at a lot of the recommended restaurants. A lovely stay that we’ll never forget!

Great villa with the most amazing view!
The views from the back of this villa are outstanding- unlike anything we’ve had before in a holiday villa! If you are looking for a peaceful break away the location is perfect. We went as a family of four (two teenagers) and had the best time. As the pool and villa are so lovely we tended to spend most days making the most of it. Hanging off the end of the pool watching the boats in the distance was the perfect way to unwind. Anna as a host was brilliant. So quick to correspond and so accommodating with the unpredictability of Covid which we really appreciated. Thank you!

A great place to disconnect from the world and re-connect with each other and nature
The view from the villa really is spectacular. You have a forest of pine trees below and a wide horizon of the Mediterranean. The sun sets behind a rock that juts into the sea and you have a prime seat for this daily show. We really enjoyed the layout of the outdoor space with different living and eating areas. The pool is a great temperature for cooling off from the hot August heat. Especially welcome after hiking to Es Potixol which you can do right from the house. The pool is not quite an infinity pool as the owner keeps it below the upper rim to save water. But you can still hang off the end and peruse the boats passing below. Very restful. There was a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived with herbs and other bits and pieces. It can be annoying when you arrive at a place to find the cupboards stripped bare. That’s not the case here - we found everything we needed. There are neighbours nearby and we heard them occasionally but mostly everyone seems very considerate of each other. A couple of things to note. There is no AC anywhere in the house and it would have been useful for this to be spelled out directly in the listing. It was 32 degrees in the house when we arrived and it took some time for it to cool off. Also we needed a couple of days to figure out the best way to stay cool at night while not getting bitten. We found the best way was to keep the shutters closed, bug plug-ins turned on. There's enough of a breeze then to stay cool and it keeps most of the mosquitoes out. The internet is very low speed. It’s ok for basic stuff but if you need to do anything complex like zoom calls, streaming, etc, then you will not have a reliable connection. More than a few devices connecting also causes problems. Overall, this is a great spot for a family or romantic holiday where you want to disconnect from the world and re-connect with each other and nature.

A gorgeous place to stay
This is a fabulously positioned villa with easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches. The view of the sunset is most probably this villa's selling point - they are so stunning and something we enjoyed most evenings. Communication with the owner was great - and detailed instructions are left for everything as well as island recommendations. Our only gripe was that it would be nice to be able to access the villa earlier - rather than a 3pm check-in. But otherwise, we absolutely loved our stay there!

Perfect getaway..peace&quiet with spectacular views
Just returned from a week at Casa Anna and we’ve had a fantastic time!! The villa is surrounded by stunning views, it is lovely and quiet and has everything you need!! A car is essential as the nearest shop is 5-10 minute drive and bar 20 minutes walk..but you can reach plenty of beautiful beaches, shops & restaurants in under 30 minutes!! Great communication from the host..thank you!!

Stunning location
The view really "sells" the villa. It has to be one of the best settings on the island! Stunning infinity pool and we spent long evenings enjoying the terrace watching the sun go down. Sun throughout the day but a constant gentle breeze makes it a pleasure to just laze around the pool and villa. The villa itself is simply decorated but well appointed with everything we needed and lots of essentials - condiments, pasta, rice, tea, coffee etc. It is looking a little tired in places however, particularly the bathrooms. Spotlessly clean when we arrived but unfortunately the highchair when found was covered in thick mould and couldn't be used (?put away damp). The road to the villa is badly potholed (don't bring a sports car!) but we found it easily navigable if you take your time. Port Balansat restaurant in Saint Miguel and Macau in Santa Gertrudis were excellent and well worth a visit.

Villa super bien placer, et surtout pour profiter du calme qui change de l’agitation du centre ville d’Ibiza. Pensez surtout à prendre une voiture ou sinon vous pouvez prendre des taxis très facilement grâce à l’application taxiclik.
