"Lovely welcoming people. You have to understand that anyone walks can walk through the door and I believe they try very hard to make them feel welcome. Wi-Fi good , there is staff member that speaks English however you should download a translation app as mostly speaking Spanish. One thing I disliked is bathroom outside of bedroom. Otherwise perfecto :)"

"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. "This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The...

"We loved our trip to Girona. The hotel staff was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk everywhere; the city has local shops and restaurants throughout its winding streets. The terrace bar was perfect for grabbing a drink while others were napping. Our data plan was weak in Girona, so the map provided by the hotel was very helpful. "

"Dealing with customer service over the phone is a nightmare. I didn't get an email with my passcode to get in, and when I did it wouldn't work. The very next day, I had to call again since they deactivated my code for some reason. Honestly, even some other Spaniards were frustrated with the virtual reception system, a few even waited hours to get into the lobby itself. "Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. "We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. "Het huis is heerlijk. Fijne ruime tuin. Met heerlijke ligbedjes, diverse tafels waar je aan kan zitten. Zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Een fijne barbecue. Het zwembad wordt goed bijgehouden, maar is ongeveer 1.40 diep en alleen een klein strookje is 1.80 diep, maar je kan er prima baantjes trekken en in spelen. De badkamers zijn oud en er mag hier en daar wel wat vervangen worden. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk. Houd er wel rekening mee dat als je gasten laat logeren dat het €45,- pppn kost. Wij dachten dat we alleen maar wat toeristenbelasting moesten betalen. "
