"An amazing place. An hour and a half north of Barcelona and very near Ripoli, lies this peaceful and bucolic retreat from the world. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and views that don’t stop. My family and I enjoyed two nights here and we would recommend it to anyone. The host and his wife (who live on site) are great and you stay in a renovated 17th century farmhouse passed down in his family. "We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Cal Cabreta with our family group of 8 adults and 5 children. Ester is a fantastic host, and along with her husband Josep and son Marc, made us feel very welcome. Communication from start to finish was great! The house itself is lovely and spacious and perfect for large groups who want a peaceful break. It is well furnished and we didn't lack anything.
