Great place to stay in Perpignan
"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however.
