The house has spacious bedrooms, living room and 2 kitchens located on the upper living level and the first floor. The beautiful terraces invite you to relax and unwind and the private pool provides cooling and swimming fun on hot summer days. Situated very close to Sant Pol de Mar; which satisfies even the highest culinary demands with its exclusive 3 -star restaurant. For a lot of variety and an interesting nightlife, the tourist town of Calella is only 3 km away. In the nearby beaches all the usual beach activities are offered.
