Villa Florencia has a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet. The Villa is spacious with 2 completely independent housing levels between them.
You will be the only one to occupy the villa and the pool will be private for you and your family, you will not have neighbors within the same villa.

The Villa has sea views. The distance to the beach is 3,500 meters.

Villa Florencia is located in a quiet area near the town of Sant Pol de Mar, on a dead end street, so it is a low traffic area and you can park several cars safely in front of the house. You can see the cars from the windows of the house.

With good views over the Mediterranean and the mountains, the Florence villa offers a modern distribution of two completely independent floors with large and multiple open terraces and 360º exposure to the sun throughout the day to enjoy them.
Florence is located at street level. The Villa has a large terrace with private pool and barbecue where you can enjoy the sun and food. There are 4 security doors that prevent children from entering the pool terrace.

The first floor is at street level, and has: 1 kitchen, 1 large dining room, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 toilet, 1 porch and 1 large terrace with wonderful views of the beaches of the town of Sant Pol and the mountains. You can access the terrace from the dining room and the bedrooms through large aluminum doors, so the rooms are very bright. The televisions of the house have a satellite dish to play programs from different countries.

The 2nd floor has: living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 porch and 1 terrace where you can enjoy the shade of the trees in the natural garden. All rooms have large windows that overlook the terrace, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere with views of the sea and the mountains.

Main terrace located on the back of the chalet has: 34 m² private pool and private barbecue with 1 kitchen, barbecue, dining room-living room and 1 bathroom, with everything you need to get the most out of your stay. The barbecue has an awning since the sun shines all day on the terrace and in the Villa.
