The Villa, an old Finca, is situated in a nice, quiet spot in the hills. A rental car is recommended so that you can quickly reach all the beautiful beaches and cities in the area. This villa is ideal for a family vacation with 4 to 6 people.

The villa is situated on a plot of 700 m2 and has a large well-kept garden with terrace and a big private swimming pool. At the pool there are 6 comfortable loungers so that everyone can relax at the pool. The villa is ideally located so that there is sun in the garden all day, of course you can also look for shade. In addition to the 6-seater outdoor table, there is also a separate barbecue area with built-in barbecue with a brick bench with separate cushions.
The plot also has a private parking place with automatic gate.

The finca is 1 km away from various beautiful beaches including the very beautiful Cala Salada. You can reach San Antonio in 5 minutes by car. You can drive to Ibiza town in around 15 minutes and Ibiza airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a large double bed and 1 small bedroom for 2 people with bunk beds.
Also there are 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

There is a cozy living room with satellite TV with English, Dutch and German channels and a kitchen with dishwasher and complete kitchen inventory. There is free glassfiber WiFi everywhere in and around the villa.

Towels and bed linen are included.

Wonderful villa!
Excellent location. The pool and outdoor areas are fabulous, we felt relaxed within about 5 minutes! Great house for families, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Michel was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

We didn't want to leave!!
The Villa was beautiful and was set in a quiet location with amazing views yet only 5-10 minutes drive to San Antonio. Whilst at the villa we spent most of our time in the outside area making the most of the space and facilities that were there. The pool is larger than it looks in the pictures and the kids loved it. There is everything there that you would need from Kitchen equipment to snorkels and beach towels and i cannot fault anything. The communication from Michel the owner is brilliant and he answered any questions or queries i had pretty much immediately and gave plenty of advice and tips for the local area. We tripped the power on 1 day and he replied within minutes including pictures of what i needed to do. Overall we had a great time there and would definitely book it again, i would recommend this Villa to anyone as you will not be disappointed

We had a really enjoyable holiday loved the peacefull area which we already knew very well.
The propery it a very relaxing property and having various areas to relax was a bonus. Having the pool with steps down from the living area makes it very safe for children once you lay the ground rules. I would recommend the property for families. A suggestion I would make is to remove the rugs for the high season and instead of the welcome bottle of bubbly if some water could be in the fridge.

A beautiful and serene place with lovely interiors and an amazing pool
From the very beginning Michel and Ingrid made us feel so welcome and made the whole organisation of our holiday very easy. The villa is absolutely beautiful with lovely interiors and very luxurious. The beds are very comfortable! The highlight though is the outside space with the most beautiful pool and seating area, a lovely table outside and bbq area. All perfect. The area the villa is situated is incredibly peaceful with the lovely sound of the cicadas and bougainvillea in abundance. Michel was always very quick to reply to us with any questions we had whilst we were out there. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful villa. Thank you Michel and Ingrid!

Gezin met 5 volwassenen. Combinatie van werk en vakantie. Met prima wifi, een heerlijk mooi uitzicht en fijne ruime tuin was het werken geen straf. Fijne eigenaar die erg hulpvaardig was en goed te bereiken bij vragen. Heerlijk huis kan niet anders zeggen,.

Everything was perfect
First of all, I would like to mention that communication with Michel was very friendly, uncomplicated and smooth. We were well informed about all the details. When we entered the house we thought it was even more beautiful, just like the pictures. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The kitchen was very well equipped, nothing was missing. The pool and garden area was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable. The house is furnished with attention to detail, without too many “bells and whistles” and very minimalistic – exactly to our taste. We will definitely come back and are looking forward to it. ‘We komen terug’, voor herhaling vatbaar!
Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van Michel en Ingrid. Prachtig huis. Met name onze kids hebben genoten van het zwembad. En wij van de rust, fijne faciliteiten en prachtige omgeving en uitvalsbasis op het mooie eiland.

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille à Ibiza
La maison est chaleureuse à tout point de vue : décoration, équipement, situation. Tout a été pensé pour passer des vacances inoubliables. L’extérieur est aménagé et fleuri avec goût : coin hammac, coin barbecue , coin piscine , roof top pour apéro au coucher de soleil, table à l’ombre d’un auvent en bois pour les repas familiaux. De l’espace est prévu pour laver et sécher son linge à l’arrière de la maison. À l’intérieur, tout est étudié pour que chacun ait son intimité : 2 belles chambres avec lit double et une petite chambre avec lit superposé. Les 2 salles de bain sont belles et fonctionnelles. Le salon est chaleureux. La cuisine est agréable avec son arrondi : pour les grands cuisiniers un four plus grand et une hotte seraient un plus même si avec la chaleur, il est plus simple de préparer des salades. Merci à Michel pour son accueil et ses attentions tout au long du séjour. On reviendra avec plaisir ❤️❤️❤️

Little Treasure on the Top of the Hills
First trip after endless weeks of Corona-lockdown: These holidays had to become perfect.... And they did! The house is in a quiet area on the hills. It has wonderful furniture, a fantastic garden and a very nice pool. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - so cooking there is really very comfortable. The shed in the garden offers beach stuff for the kids (air mattress, landing net, parasol, etc.). Next beach can be reached within a few minutes' drive. Next supermarket as well. Ibiza airport is only about a 30-minute-drive away. The owners of the house are very kind and eager to help with whatever is needed. They gave useful hints for restaurants, etc. and always were reachable by phone. We really felt at home at this place and didn't want to leave anymore.

Séjour parfait !
Merci à Ingrid et Michel pour leur accueil et leur sympathie. La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme, pas loin du centre de Sant Antoni et des commerces. La maison est très jolie, propre, nous avons passé un super séjour en profitant de la piscine, de la terrasse et du barbecue. Ils nous ont donnés de nombreux conseils sur les restaurants et endroits à visiter sur l îles. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😁 à très bientôt !
