"Our stay in Sitges was a delight and our villa was a highlight of our say. We made great use of the outdoor area and pool day and evening - a great place to hang out and chat, take in the view, and cool off in the pool. The location is a 15-30 min walk away from markets, stores and restaurants - easily walkable to most everything if you don’t have a car. The host Josep was very responsive when we had questions or needs. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Highly recommend this holiday home. Myself and a group of friends hired Villa Maria for a birthday celebration and the place is beautiful. Very spacious both indoors and outdoors, very clean pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The property managers were very friendly and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and would always reply promptly to any queries.10/10!"

"We had rented this property for eleven family members to experience Spain. It was ideal for that many people. The villa, grounds and pool were a perfect to relax. The kitchen had all of the appliances we need. The bathrooms were big and the separate downstairs family apartment kept us all together but separate when needed. The AC units worked great. The hosts were available nearby when we needed them for answers to questions. The villa is not close to Sitges. It is in the surrounding hillside....

"Property was great - pool was very clean (if a bit chilly in October), games goom with table tennis and darts was a plus, the villa was good quality and clean. Local facilities within 20 min drive were great, and Barcelona within an hour drive/train is always worth it. Host was also friendly, good communications, and there to ensure we had access on arrival. 10/10."

"Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. "We are just travelling home after a wonderful week at this villa. It's a big house in a quiet location. There are some big positives: 1. There's loads of space. Seven bedrooms contain about 14 beds. Most of the bedrooms have air conditioning and are really comfortable to sleep in. 2. It's quiet. The location of the house means there's very little passing traffic. "House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud. There are high power lines that run just 100 meters from the back yard ( these are the huge towers that run power to cities) and at night the powerlines hum...

My room was a good size with a nice desk, sofa, TV with Chromecast and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious and the shower worked marvelously.
