"Clean & tidy. Staff were courteous and helpful when I rang to request a foldaway bed as an extra for the room. Check in / Check out was fast and easy. Hotel was a good walkable distance to Esplanade Park, supermarket & Plaza mall. No update on webite/booking sites to indicate spa pool not available & swimming pool water was very milky & cloudy. You would not see a child at the bottom of the pool in that water. The water definitely needs attention, and we would have enjoyed swimming in a clean & clear water pool. Noticed there were no signs indicating the depth of the pool and the area is visible to anyone attending an appointment at the hairdressers which backs onto the pool area. Buffet breakfast was not an option, so we had to order our cooked food ... still paid the buffet price which was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a nice stay."
