"Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. The space was very clean, and the location was good to get to Vieux Lyon in about 20 minutes. Thank you for having me!"

"The property was comfortable and quirky but there were a few issues with very sparse equipment for self catering. Also surprised that we are asked as guests to clean after the stay."

"Virtually everything was excellent. From the size of the unit to the materials within, we had a wonderful experience. All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. However, within 30 minutes, an email with the owner had it resolved. Simply, we were very well attended. "The apartment was in a perfect location. There were many restaurants close by and such a close location to the Saone River. The owner was quickly responsive to us (had an issue with internet)."

"Well situated but it is an attic so you need to be careful of sloping ceilings. Well equipped but one large and one small towel each for 7 days was a bit mean. Also the towels were quite old. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Taxis cannot drive to the door as it is a narrow steep street for residents only. You have to walk your luggage down to the main street."

Buses run often, footbridge over river is 200m, nice little shops on the street such as the Pochat Boulangerie-Pâtisserie and easy access to the walkway at river level. "Good value for the price. More information about where to get groceries and a place to dry clothes would have been helpful. Also, some paper towels upon arrival, or dish towels would have been helpful. It was quite hot when we were there. More fans would have been appreciated."

"Die Ausstattung ist minimalistisch: nur zwei Wassergläser, keine Tassen, keine Weingläser, kein Korkenzieher ... Lediglich ein Stuhl - einen zweiten, leicht beschädigten haben wir im Hof gefunden. TV-hat nicht funktioniert. Es fehlt eine Gebrauchsanweisung - z.B. für Zugang zum Wifi. Das einzige Fenster ist die Eingangstür zu einem engen, dunklen Hinterhof, in dem sich eine Rattenfalle befindet. Man kann nachts nicht lüften."

"Nice apartment in good location. Check-in process was easy although messages sent the day before to confirm we’re not responded to so called early on day of arrival. Apartment is definitely stylish with some unique pieces which is great but needs to get some of the basics of comfort down first. For example, instead on 6 decorative cushions on the bed, maybe invest in quality pillows for a good night’s sleep. The corkscrew provided was of such poor quality that it broke trying to open a bottle....

It is centrally located, in easy walking distance to Lyon’s historic center and with many places of interest and good restaurants, bakeries, etc. nearby.
