The house is spread over three floors, located in Sanlúcar de Guadiana, a charming white town in southern Spain at the western end of sunny Andalusia, by the Guadiana river on the border with Portugal. Only one hour and fifteen minutes from Faro airport.
The chestnut wood used in the beams, and hand painted clay tiles flood the house with comfort and tranquility.
The temperature is maintained by air conditioning, central heating and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.
One can start enjoying a coffee or morning tea on the terrace, whose privileged situation immerses us in a landscape where light, water and clean air sharpen the senses. The Guadiana River and Portugal form a unique framework.
