"The location was great- just a few minutes walk into Tirolo's shops and hiking. The seilbahn (gondola) was just a few minutes walk up the hill. Parking was easily accessible, the hostess was super helpful, and the apartment rented was perfect for our needs- a basic stove/sink/refrigerator, dining area, access to an outdoor patio and garden, and comfortable bed. "Great hotel in a beautiful location. Large room with good kitchenette complete with oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. Room was larger than expected. Nice sauna facilities. Only downside is it is a ways in the valley (about a 20 minute drive). "

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"Conveniently located. The facility is well designed, very functional, fairly clean, and offers all amenities (except dining) - breakfast, coffee, refreshments, and even laundry facility. Will definitley stay there again next time we visit Innsbruck/ Telfs."
