The beautiful old house is wood paneled throughout and very comfortably furnished with original (rustic) furniture. Manifold accessories (old toys, original pictures) and well-stocked bookshelves that leave nothing to be desired for readers give it a very distinctive, unique charm. In order not to disturb (destroy), there are no ugly shower stalls in the rooms, only sinks and otherwise 3 well-equipped bathrooms. In my house you will find: tranquility, lots of space, exquisite furnishings, unique atmosphere!
What you won't find: bathrooms in the rooms (see above), all kinds of technical frills, functional technology of the 21st Century (TV, telephone, fax, etc. in all rooms). As a tribute to modern times, there is of course free WiFi and a large flat screen with DVD player!
The landline phone is available for incoming calls (blocked for outgoing calls). Cheap: Call by call from Germany.
Equipment: Ground floor: 3 rooms, two double rooms, a 3 bed room, (room with sink) small. Kitchen, bath / toilet, washing machine.
1st floor: 2 double rooms. (Room with sink), living room. with tiled stove, central well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave etc.), bathroom (with bath tub), large balcony all around
Upper floor: 2 small Double room, in the middle a nice large living room with (double) bed (1.40 m), kitchen / dining area, bathroom / toilet
On the mezzanines:
tw. Ground floor and 1st Floor: so-called Schopf (gr. Storage room: barbecue, garden furniture, vacuum cleaners and household appliances of all kinds, cleaning agents, pantry etc.), exit to the lower terrace (garden, table tennis), separate toilet
between 1st floor and upper floor: second living room with flat screen, DVD player, games.
Access to the large terrace at the rear (so-called Breakfast terrace), separate toilet
Furthermore: table tennis, large garden grill (Weber!)
Great wellness (several saunas and a decay pool) right next door in the Hotel Vermala

Best restaurant far and wide (two 'toques' in the rest.-führern!): Hotel Adler in St. G.
Solid Austrian Kitchen with my friend and neighbor Ewald Tschanhenz from the Hotel Vermala (50m), who is also an expert in paragliding: multiple European champion! Also mayor of St. G. and the surrounding communities and authorized to access the best blueberry schnapps from western Austria! During the season, his bar is open until the last go (very cozy!)
Personal recommendation: Everything that has to do with sports (equipment): Harry (opposite the Hotel Adler, see above) is the best! Quality, prices, service, - for many years it has been given by my guests (and me!) Top marks!
Last note: I kindly ask for your understanding that both at check-in and at check-out there is an obligatory house inspection with my property manager Giovanni, who is my right-hand man on site. He has every power of attorney to settle any damage with those responsible in my sense. A departure without mutual agreement with him, be it early or with any emergency, is completely excluded!

Please note that it is generally not possible to move into the house or rooms before 4:00 p.m .: During the 5 hours, my house staff need free space for final cleaning. Possibly.
