Unit Layout

You will be accommodated in a comfortably furnished 5.5-room house spanning 170 square meters with a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. On the ground floor, you will find the sauna and a large wardrobe. The first floor features a spacious living/dining room with large panoramic windows and an open-hearth fireplace. The dining table can accommodate up to 11 people, and a child seat is available.

Amenities Included

The house is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric coffee machines (Nespresso and Dolce Gusto), a starter set of Nespresso coffee capsules, a raclette grill, a fondue set (cheese and meat), sugar, spices, vinegar, and oil. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for shared use. Outside, you can enjoy the 20-square-meter Southeast-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, or the 60-square-meter fenced garden with a West-facing seating area for afternoon and evening relaxation. A barbecue, terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and four deck chairs are provided.

The house is equipped with various entertainment options, including digital TV, a flat screen, radio, hi-fi system, DVD player, and a DVD collection. Internet (WiFi) is available for free, and a safe is provided for your valuables. The house has a central heating system, and the first set of wood for the fireplace/BBQ is included. Additional wood and coffee capsules can be purchased on-site. Please note that smoking inside the house is forbidden, and pets are not allowed. A deposit of CHF 300 (cash) is required upon check-in, refundable upon departure, to cover any potential loss of keys or damage.
