Featuring direct gulf views from its spacious patio, you can quite literally roll out of bed onto the beach.
Boasting two large bedrooms, two upgraded bathrooms, a modern kitchen with spacious dining area, and access to fantastic amenities, this residence is the perfect choice for a fun-filled family vacation.

-Supervised activities for children 4 years and older are offered Monday through Friday in the Clubhouse at Pointe Santo. Craft activities appropriate for specific age groups are scheduled at different times each day for a nominal fee. Children have the opportunity to make crafts, play shell bingo, have an ice cream, and learn more about Sanibel Island and its ecosystem. Children who participate in activities find the clubhouse a great way to make friends.

This unit is located in the Pointe Santo de Sanibel development, one of just a few positioned DIRECTLY on Sanibel`s beachfront. It is equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and as an added bonus features a handicapped accessible master bathroom, making this residence the perfect choice for someone with limited mobility! In the guest bedroom there is a full and twin sized bed, with an accompanying bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. The exquisitely equipped kitchen with newer appliances, spacious living and dining area, modern bathrooms, and a comfortable master bedroom are just a few of the things that make guests come back to this unit year after year! ***Amenity and Construction Disclaimer***
Pointe Santo has been closed for Hurricane Ian repairs since September 28th, 2022. The association reopens for rentals as of February 1st, 2025. For guests booking in February, march, or April, please read the following disclaimer. Guests should be aware that there may still be ongoing construction activities happening on site. While there will not be construction happening in the unit itself, there may be machinery and workers present on site during your stay. In addition, while the pool is planned to be completed by February 1st, construction timelines can be fluid and we cannot guarantee access to the pool during your stay. In addition to this, elevators may not be functional during your stay so please inquire with us to confirm use of elevators if you will require them. Overall, guests booking in early 2025 should be aware that the association will still very much be in a work in progress state. For those of you that have visited Sanibel since hurricane Ian, it should be a very familiar experience. For this that have not been to Sanibel since 2022, you should expect to see construction work, workers, fencing erected around certain parts of the association where work is actively being conducted, and also amenity restrictions related to construction work.

From an amenities and guest access perspective- This residence includes complimentary access to the on-site pool, hot tub/spa, tennis courts, grills, shuffleboard, shell washing station, clubhouse, and beach volleyball set up. Guests will also enjoy their own dedicated parking spot.

The Neighborhood:
From a neighborhood perspective- Pointe Santo is located at the foot of one of the most highly esteemed beaches on Sanibel, directly off of the South end of Tarpon Bay road. The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.

Getting Around:
From a mobility perspective- We recommend either renting a car, golf cart, or bikes while staying with us. This residence is extremely close to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must complete a rental agreement at reservation confirmation. The agreement will be sent once the reservation is confirmed and paid for.
