Pointe Santo B26: Sanibel Island Beach Condo with Gulf and Pool Views

OUTSIDE PHOTOS WERE TAKEN BEFORE HURRICANE IAN. THE PROPERTY WILL LOOK SIMILAR, BUT DIFFERENT. INSIDE PHOTOS ARE CURRENT.

What to expect: 1) The pool should be open before April 1, 2025; 2) Landscaping, the pool pavilion (formerly the club house), and gas grills are works in progress; 3) All elevators are now in service; 4) The tennis/pickle ball courts are brand new and open; 5) There are bike racks in the parking lot; 6) The Children's program is not available yet; 7) The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous, the shells are abundant, and our beach is beautiful; 8) Many island restaurants and shops are open.

•Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday
•Max guests: 6
•No smoking in the condo/lanai; no smoking on Pointe Santo property, except in designated areas
•No pets

Pointe Santo Condo
Very nice condo complex. well kept, but pool is small. Condo unit was apparently just refurbished and very well done. New everything !! Very comfortable and nice view of the gulf from the Lanai. One of the nicest condo we have rented in 2 years of visiting the Gulf coast.
