Rentals at Sanddollar are now available starting in January 2025! The pool is up and running complete with outdoor shower and two nice bathrooms. The elevator will be operational. Grounds are green and well-kept. There are two grills available for renter use. The sports (tennis/pickleball) courts will be resurfaced in mid-January and will be unavailable for use until complete (2-3 weeks timeframe).

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed 1 Full & 2 Twin (bunk) beds (sleeps 5 people), flat screen Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared heated community pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, tennis & pickle ball courts, elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

14 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 5 people.
