Pas de vacances...
Arrivés à la location après 6h de route et nos 6 enfants, impossible de joindre le propriétaire. Nous n'avons donc pas pu accéder à la location. On se retrouve donc sur le carreau à 20h... Nous contactons Abritel qui tente de nous trouver un hôtel, sans succès, on se débrouille par nous même et déboursons 600 euros pour 2 nuits (toujours pas remboursés). Abritel nous avait promis de nous retrouver un logement mais après 3 jours d'attente, nous nous voyons proposer un logement loin de la mer et très cher. Nous avons donc dû renoncer à nos vacances dans les Landes. Nous pensions pourtant pouvoir faire confiance à cette plateforme que nous pensions de confiance. Apparemment la fiabilité des propriétaires n'est pas ou peu vérifié. Résultat : vacances annulées.
