"I was a bit uncomfortable about the way the staff watched me while having breakfast. The food was very good and the happy hour food was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. I did have an issue with changing the dates of my stay and the ability to get a credit. However, I think this was an Expedia issue rather than a hotel issue. "This hotel has, without a doubt, the best service I experienced during a three week trip in Korea, sometimes staying at four and five star hotels. The accommodations were fantastic, the breakfast was good, the dining options were really good, the chef is excellent. But the main thing is the service. This staff is fantastic. "The hotel was really close to the metro station. Check in process was easy. Communication in English was good. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was so much bigger than I thought it would be. The room was clean and warm. The surrounding area was really nice as well"

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."
