The beach was beatiful, it has great sand for building castles, waves for the kids to body board and even old ruins to explore (just beware of the broken glass). "The location of the house is pretty perfect. From there you can start with a lot of hikes and/or trips with a car to all the beautiful sites off Cote Opal. You also have a very good view from the house, as well over the sea as to the fields and Cap Gris-Nez. The house also has everything that contributes to a comfortable stay."

"The house is a good size with all accommodation needs, well equipped kitchen. Is it nicely decorated and clean with a good sized garden and BBQ. We didn’t have the best weather but there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to visit. The beach is an easy walk and there is a local train station. I would mention that the stairs are quite steep if you have little ones with you. Overall we had a lovely family break, there were 8 of us plus baby and fur baby.
