The house itself is the upper apartment, however you have full use of the electric gates and grounds, including the pool. The problem was what was not mentioned on the website Upon arrival the hosts told us about the cats and how they would regularly come into the outside area. My wife has a fear of cats and asked if the hosts had any other property available, we were told no. We said we would stay for a day to see what it was like.
