"When attempting to retrieve the keys from the automated Keysafe, the code provided did not work. I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. Once I was able to actually speak with a person, she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and was able to remotely unlock a box with keys. "Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again."

"We had the most perfect time with our stay. Victor is the best communicator I have seen in an owner. He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided.
