Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.
Guest have access to the entire condo. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub. Other amenities include fitness room, on-site laundry and outdoor grills.
This cozy condo features modern amenities, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat while the living area provides a perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. The private patio is an amazing place to sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The condo is located on the first floor with 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a closet, and a TV. There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the hallway bathroom has a shower.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.
** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 6 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.
**A Keurig coffee machine/drip coffee maker is available in the condo, but no k-cups or coffee is provided.
**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.
** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.
**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.
**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.
**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.
** Local guests must contact host before booking.
** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.
** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
