Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

Guest have access to the entire condo. Relax in the outdoor pool and hot tub. Other amenities include fitness room, on-site laundry and outdoor grills.

This cozy condo features modern amenities, a comfortable living space, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat while the living area provides a perfect spot for relaxation and entertainment. The private patio is an amazing place to sit back and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The condo is located on the first floor with 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet, and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a closet, and a TV. There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the hallway bathroom has a shower.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 6 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A Keurig coffee machine/drip coffee maker is available in the condo, but no k-cups or coffee is provided.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

Amazing View with the Comforts of Home
My family has stayed at the Chesapeake Lofts for the past 7 summers. This was our first year renting from George and April and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The condo was newly updated and beautifully decorated to make it feel warm and welcoming. The condo was well stocked including kitchen items for cooking and cleaning and towels for bathing and for poolside. The condo has a spacious outdoor deck where you can sit to enjoy the stunning views of Lake Erie. The location is downtown allowing easy walking access to the Jet Express, the Good Times and local eateries and shops. The owners were pleasant to work with and were prompt with answering any questions we had prior to and during our stay. We look forward to coming back and have booked our 2019 return trip.

Cozy condo on the water
We had a great time at this cozy condo. Fully equipped kitchen, very nice linens, beach towels, lakeside patio, and walking distance to pier and food. Short drives to Cedar Point, Marblehead for Kelley's Island ferry. Pool is cool and clean. Owners are easy to reach and quick to respond. Thanks for a great stay!! AmyG

Amazing Getaway!
We had an incredible time! This waterfront condo is beautiful! The owners have the perfect spot overlooking the Jackson street pier, we were able to walk everywhere and enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the water! There are great waterfront restaurants, coffee houses and even a smoothie place! Property is beautifully landscaped and the pool is perfect and very clean. We had such a great time and will return again next year!! We would definitely recommend this property! The owners were wonderful and provided everything we needed, we were able to just relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you so much!!! 5 star vacation all the way!

Amazing Husband Wife Vacation
Amazing Property, Wish We Could Live at The Location Permanently... Easy to Rent, April and George are Great and We Wish We Could Go Back Tomorrow... Right In the Middle of Everything, Close to The Islands and Cedar Point. Great restaurants and bars nearby and the views are amazing. Up and coming downtown area and great fishing. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the area respectively... this is where you need to be to have the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and nightlife. Very clean, comfy condo. Location is great - easy walking distance to the island ferry and downtown restaurants, shops and bars. We loved the waterfront view and being able to see Cedar Point lit up every night. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful place to stay on Lake Erie
This rental is located right on Lake Erie. It has a spectacular view of the water and you can even see Cedar Point in the distance (which is beautiful at night). It's located within walking distance of anything you would need during your stay. The owners do everything they can do make sure you are taken care of and enjoy your stay. The condo is tastefully decorated and QUIET. You will NOT hear your neighbors. We seriously can not wait to stay again!

Awesome place
This sits with a great view of Cedar Point fireworks and the cruise boats coming in and out. The place looks brand new and very clean. The balcony was perfect for sitting outside everyday for dinner and drinks at night. They have a Bluetooth speaker that was perfect for some music on the balcony watching the fireworks. We stay at this development for a week every year, but from now on we will be looking for this loft. The kitchen was fully stocked and we made meals every day. The pool is a great place to hang out and swim, and the loft is very close to the pool. Just a perfect place to stay!

The place was comfortable and very clean with an exquisite view of the lake and Cedar Point. It is right downtown, with great access to the shops and restaurants. The owners are very warm and welcoming, and very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely recommend this place.
