Luxury awaits you in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to all area restaurants, coffee shops and watering holes. Just 2 blocks to the heart of downtown and 3 blocks from Lake Erie. Walk to parks, Put-In-Bay and Kelly's Island Ferry, Outdoor Splash Pad, 3 playgrounds and much more!

You won't find a property like this anywhere in Sandusky! Read the reviews, guests say the pictures don't do this home justice. This is a 9,000 sq ft. single-family mansion with 14 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 3 living rooms, chef's kitchen, a theater room with 20 individual leather theater chairs, game room (pool table, Xbox one, and stocked game cabinet). The icing on the cake....NO CLEANING FEE!

Chef's Kitchen:

Kitchen has granite countertops, and a commercial stove with 6 burners, and a griddle. There is also a commercial double oven for any baking needs you may have and an Extra Large refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy your cooking while your family and friends enjoy seating at the extra long island. The icing on the cake is there is not one, but two dishwashers to help with your clean-up and get you back to relaxing and having fun.

(There is NO ELEVATOR).

Second Floor:
9 bedrooms: 5 King bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom, 3 bunk rooms. (Total single XLs in the three bunkrooms = 11)

2 Livings rooms

1 game room with pool table, pinball machine, poker table, and candy counter

3 full bathrooms.

All bedrooms have automatic blackout blinds so you can sleep in late or rise early with the sun.

Additional Information and fees:

Early Arrivals/Late Check-outs:
We charge $75 per hour for early arrivals and late check-outs. We are happy to accommodate your arrival and departure times when we are able to do so. Please let us know if you'd like to arrive earlier than 4 pm EST or depart later than 10am EST.

Gatherings larger than 50 people:
We've had many weddings and other celebrations held at our property. There is an additional charge of $750 to host gatherings larger than 50 people. That fee includes the use of 80 white folding wedding chairs, six (9 ft) rectangular dining tables, (3) cocktail tables, (8) 60" round tables and table coverings for all tables. You can also use the candelabras to set the stage for elegance. Please inquire for more information.

This place is even more amazing than the photos depict! If I could, I would give it 6 stars or rate it 11/10! The hosts are the best I’ve ever encountered - quick responses and they were so generous in getting us some things to make our family celebration more special (votive candles / holders and mason jars to use for flowers). The location is great too! So walkable to everything. We only wish we could have stayed longer. But hope to return again someday for another family event.

Perfect for a Team stay with Families
Our entire Volleyball team stayed here with their families. There were enough bedrooms for each couple to have their own bedroom while the kids slept in the bunk rooms. It was the perfect combination of bedrooms for our group. This property is absolutely amazing. It is very spacious and includes all of the accommodations and amenities for a stress free stay. I would highly recommend this property for any large group.

Fantastic!
Our family of 23 fit perfectly in this space. Excellent space to spend time together, cook, dine, watch movies, and get some good rest. We had infants at 1 year old, toddlers, teens, and adults and there was something for everyone. Parks in walking distance and beaches a short drive. We can’t wait to come back!

Great large group venue
Wonderful property for large gatherings. We had a family reunion and the house was perfect. The kitchen and living area was great for a large gathering and the bedrooms are spaced out as to have your own wing or section per family. We really enjoyed watching movies in the theatre at night. Fully equipped with all kitchen needs and only a few blocks to the waterfront. Highly recommend.

Bach Party Weekend
I can’t even begin to say how perfect this house was for a big group, it had absolutely everything we needed in such a good location. Everyone was so impressed I came home and I can’t stop talking about how big this place is. The kitchen is perfect along with the table allowing everyone to eat comfortably. Check in and check out was easy and the host was very easy to communicate with. Highly highly highly recommend.

Leadership Retreat Weekend
We used the house as a work retreat weekend for our office leaders and it was a massive hit with everyone. This house is by far the most unique rental I have ever stayed in. It comfortably fit our large group with a huge, beautiful common area on the first floor and bedrooms that allowed everyone to have their own space. The game room and movie theater were the cherry on top. The experience definitely exceeded our group's expectations!

This property was amazing. The owner has thought of everything and every little detail to make the property enjoyable and comfortable. The area offers many activities for every age and interest. These include Cedat Point, wineries, beaches with lake activities, Put in Bay, Kelley’s Island etc. if you have a big crowded this is the house for you.

We found this Sandusky property and by description, pictures and location thought it would be a good fit – turns out it was a GREAT fit! We had the chance to meet our Host when we arrived and were given a tour of the property. Suffice it to say, the VRBO pictures were good, but reality was better! We were all incredibly pleased with size of the space, overall comfort, the décor, the sleeping accommodations, restrooms, and how well-appointed and cared for this property is. Absolute perfection!
There are not adequate words to describe how amazing this space is! Pictures don’t do it justice! Kitchen was incredibly stocked, and countless, thoughtful touches throughout. More than enough room for 32 of us to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. We showed home movies in the theatre, played games and room to eat all together…Spent the weekend and only left the property to go for a walk. To say Chris was great to work with would be an understatement. He was so kind and helpful. If you are considering this property don’t hesitate for a second!!!

This property was absolutely perfect! The owners have thought of everything and have it available for your use. We stayed for our boys senior trip. They had a great time in the game room and media room. There was a ton of room. The pictures of this place don’t do it justice - the house is full of character and charm! It’s big enough that everyone had their own space but it was still very homey. I would highly recommend staying in this house if you have a large group coming to Sandusky

AMAZING PLACE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Can’t say enough good things about this place. The house was perfect for a friends getaway weekend. The place was clean and the layout is perfect for large groups. The game room and theater room made it so that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The ferry to the islands is a short easy walk straight down to the end of the road. The extra touches like chilled mugs in the freezer, a stocked candy counter, a popcorn machine stocked with popcorn and toiletries in every bathroom did not go unnoticed. The owners were wonderful to work with and communication was great. Would 💯% rent here again.

It was unanimous, a perfect weekend in the perfect space.
Our family of 32 ranging from 7 months to 82 just enjoyed the most incredible weekend. This property is immaculate and leaves you wanting for nothing more, except time. Everyone marveled at the layout, the delightful decorating and all of the space. It was absolutely perfect with the huge commons area, large kitchen with EVERYTHING, separate conversation spaces, beds enough for everyone, and then coming together to share our meals at the long table made the weekend even more amazing. We loved watching the big game in the theater room (while munching on popcorn and candy) and spent countless hours in the game room. Thank you for creating such a fabulous space. We can’t wait to do it all over again!

Bridal shower / Bachelorette party
My daughter gets married in July so we decided to combine our events. So our bridal shower was an openhouse from 10-2pm for about 40 people. The kitchen is AMAZING! Very easy to set up a food buffet. Lots of street parking and parking lots in the area. Then the Bachelorette party consisted of dinner and bar hopping all within walking distance. Crush for dinner then Moseleys, Barrel house, couple others and Daleys pub. There were 10 gals. Breakfast buffet for the party girls Sunday morning. Momma chef had the room right by the kitchen while the girls were all upstairs. Absolute perfection!

The online pictures doesnt do this property justice. It was better than expected. Ive stayed at several other properties and this one by far takes the cake. The host were awesome. This property has set the standard. I definitely will stay again. 15 of us showed up and there was still plenty of room to spare.

This house was such a great spot for our family reunion! 26 of us under one roof. Great location, plenty to eat, drink and do within walking distance. Kids absolutely loved the theater room. Also great to be able to have meals all together.

Family reunion
