Sandston retreat
The house was perfect for our needs. Our dogs felt like they had an entire dog park to themselves with the huge fenced in yard. Location was perfect for everyone to easily get to work and school.

Great getaway
Met up with some friends from way back for a long weekend. We enjoyed the property. The game room and hot tub was the reason why it worked for us. Definitely will do it again.

Nice property
This is a nice house with a big fenced in yard. Great if you’re bringing pets. I was caught off guard by all the video cameras. There were a total of 6 which seemed excessive for this area. None of them were mentioned in the listing. They made me extremely uncomfortable and I spent most of the time inside because of them. Instead of privacy we felt like we were being watched. I also contacted the host several times 3 days prior to check in, but didn’t get a response until 4 hours before check in.

Wonderful Stay in Richmond
What a great house and hostess. We stayed at this property with our family and loved it. The house was clean, comfortable, fun and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving with our family, enjoyed the playroom, firepit and our little dog loved running around the yard. The hostess was excellent with communication. We can’t wait to return to this great house!

Perfect!!!!
Great place to stay in a quiet and relaxing area, just a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. The house is just as advertised if not better. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials, pots& pans, utensils etc. same with the bathrooms. Great place for a girl's trip or family vacation with an added bonus IT'S PET FRIENDLY. I would highly recommend.

Quiet Neighborhood, Nice House
We booked this house near Richmond, Virginia for my son's December wedding. There were 5 adults, no children or pets. The check in process was SO easy and the house was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of dishes, cups, pots and pans. I did love the full-size washer and dryer; I think it actually worked better than mine, used it often. I loved the zone heating, could set a different heat level per floor. The beds were very comfortable. Hugh fenced in back yard would have been awesome if I had brought my dogs. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. There is only one couch in the living room, it would have been more comfortable if there were a few more chairs. Every bedroom had towels, we could have used a few extra, had to use the same towels for the hot tub and for showers too. This house is only 10 miles from Richmond Airport, very easy drive to and from the airport. We did not get to enjoy the game room, too busy. Thank you, we will be back.

Great place to stay
We had family coming from Reno Nevada, Milwaukee Wisconsin and Dallas Texas to attend a wedding. It was so nice being able to all stay together. Having the game room was nice for the young adults to have a place to hang out and stay up while the older adults could have a bit more quite time in the house. My 4 year old grandson could be put to bed upstairs in a room with light up beds! He loved them. - Everything was clean and all our needs were met/exceeded. We highly recommend staying here when in the Richmond VA area.

House was great! Nice and spacious. The lawn was massive and fenced in so it was pretty private. The deer were an added bonus to see. The house owners were extremely responsive and helpful! Will stay again.

A Diamond in the Rough
My family and I visit our relatives in Virginia several times a year. We normally stay in a hotel but our new addition to the family is a barker so that was not going to work. We have rented many other homes in the past but this was the first in Richmond. It truly did not disappoint. The description and amenities were as stated with several personal touches which made our stay more enjoyable. Upon arrival, the property manager Heather texted to say that she was available should we need anything. The home is well situated on a corner lot with plenty of rooms including an office should work become necessary. For those with children and/or pets, the extra large fenced in backyard and garage/game room made this place exceptional. There is ample room for both to run around and play without disturbing anyone. It even has a basketball hoop where my brother-in-law enjoyed reliving his glory days. All in all, this place served our needs perfectly. I gave it four stars for cleanliness but doubt this will be a problem in the future. It was a new rental and as with all things there are a few kinks to work out until you find that right fit. In a time where customer service seems to be waning, it was comforting to know someone was available and cared. I have no doubt that Heather will ensure that all is in great shape for in the future. She deserves more than 5 stars for her customer service.
