Walk to the scenic shores of Lake Pend Oreille and all of downtown from this three-story condo, ideally situated in the heart of Sandpoint. This is a place for outdoor recreation in every season, with fantastic fishing, boating, hiking, and skiing easily accessible nearby.

This multi-level condo is located right in town, less than a mile from Sandpoint City Beach Park on the lakeshore. Even closer are the Lakeview Park Boat Ramp and all sorts of restaurants, shops, breweries, and conveniences in the center of town. The gorgeous slopes of Schweitzer are only 13 miles north as well.

Wake up each morning to a view of the surrounding mountains and head downstairs to sip your first cup of coffee outside on the balcony. Grab a fresh change of clothes from the washer/dryer, pack a few of your favorite snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, and head out for a beautiful day on the lake.

Spend the evening hours barbecuing on the gas grill, dining and playing after-dinner board games at the high-top kitchen table, and streaming your favorite movies on the living room TV. Additional features of the condo include complimentary WiFi and a desk workspace in one of the bedrooms upstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic
The location was easy to find and upon entry it felt warm and cozy. Everything was organized and well laid out. My only complaint is that there was no microwave, other than that it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and safe along with the presence of local police down thr road. I would recommend to stay at this location for anyone interested!

Yes, there are 3 stories, but you only have access to the upper 2. Know in advance that you will not have access to the garage and will be parking on the street. Otherwise, nice, clean condo.

It was a nice condo for the price. It is across from a funeral home. It also has no microwave and no ac. It has a ton of stairs. If you can get past all of these it was really nice condo.

Hidden gem in Sandpoint
We were pleasantly surprised with this town home in a secluded location facing a large grass field. The house is surprisingly spacious inside and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little balcony secluded behind the tree and facing the green field. The has all amenities for comfortable living, although there was no microwave or toaster which I find essential. We appreciated the barbecue on the balcony. We liked that the house is short distance from the beach and Safeway. The area rug in the living room and the floor mat in the bathroom look tired and stained, maybe it’s time for replacement. It would be nice to add a headboard to the bed in the second bedroom. We will definitely be back.
