"The property and staff are fantastic,the only thing I’ll do differently next time is change to a rear facing room as the sea view room we had was very noisy but that was obviously down to people enjoying themselves on a Saturday night.Unfortunately we had to leave early Sunday meaning we tried to get an early night but already looking forward to our next visit. "We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House. The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy. John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. "Our Christmas stay at Sue and Steve's bungalow was perfect! The space was comfortable, spotless, and roomy for our family, including our teenagers. One of the highlights was being so close to the beautiful beaches—it made morning runs and seaside walks so easy and enjoyable. "Really lovely property warm cosy and comfortable. Beds very good quality. Plenty of secure parking, lovely garden. We would highly recommend. Ideally need a car to visit local areas but only short journeys. Would have liked a local pub for evening out or a meal unfortunately the closest was about 1 mile but it’s closed down, this issue didn’t matter as we had a fabulous time and saw friends that we haven’t seen since before COVID so it was very special.
