"I arrived late to a very chirpy chap at reception which was lovely. Directed to my room which was a lovely size with all creature comforts. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was also a pleasant experience. The food was of excellent quality. Checking out was easy. I would definately stay here again "

"Booked a last minute 3 night break. The location of the hotel is right on the sea front. There is ample parking at a cost of £6 per night for hotel guests. My room was large and comfortable, good sized bathroom and very clean. I booked half board and was good value for money. The evening menu changed daily with around 4 options each for starter, main course & dessert. The bar area was comfortable and had windows overlooking the garden & sea, the outside space was very well kept. The location was good for local transport links..,,I got the train into Exeter. The station was about 10 mins walk away and the journey was just under 30 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay and given the price I paid was excellent value for money"

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Before arrival, I requested a bouquet of flowers and some balloons to be arranged in our room, and it was beautifully set up just as we hoped. The room itself was lovely, we stayed in a castle valley view room. Waking up to a breathtaking sunrise made it even more memorable. The Sunday roast was exceptional, honestly, the best we’ve had anywhere, and we’ve tried many places for roasts! Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of variety. We even requested a few items not on the menu, and it was no trouble at all. A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!"
