"Vi synes virkelig at det er på sin plass og informere skikkelig om at nøkkelkort utleveres på hotellet og ikke på stedet. Det er få parkeringsplasser og vi brukte lang tid på denne prosessen før vi skulle finne rommet og ble møtt med en liten plakat hvor det sto at utlevering skjer på Raddison. Veldig irriterende.
