"Very disappointed to arrive at the property and there was no food or even bar service available. I booked this for my husbands birthday and had a very stressful time trying to find a place on a Sunday afternoon to have a meal. No one could accommodate us. "

"This is a lovely rural property that provided us the retreat that we needed. We had the “Moucho” room which had a nice balcony and skylight over the bed. We had great meals in their restaurant and the pool area looked very inviting but the rainy day prevented us from using it. We appreciate how friendly and welcoming they were with us despite our very limited Spanish skills! "

"Rude staff didn't give directions or instructions to the so called spa balneareo which is nothing more than a kiddie pool. Guests can't use the gym. The wait staff looked as if they were suicidal. The room was clean and nice but the atmosphere was horrible. "

"Food too technical, room very basic, poor internet, no one could speak English which meant I could not order correct food get soaked walking a fair distance to car park but apart from the rooms the hotel inside looked nice "

The hotel also serves as a summer-camp/school for youth and a function venue for weddings, etc. OK, the room wasn't air-conditioned, big deal. We were on the shady side of the building. "My second visit and an absolute treat. We were made to very feel welcome, the rooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed. An amazing breakfast included so much home made produce. Thank you so much for an amazing stay, and I will be back!"
