Home2 Suites By Hilton Grand Rapids Northeast
5/5 Excellent
"The site was great & accommodations very nice just needed to insert key card for electricity to come on? Also would’ve liked to see advertised fire pit up & running since whole hotel was booked for spring break. Rather small/cold pool & staff brought a few towels but they got snatched up quickly.
Also front desk did not have extra tissues but they did sent a new shampoo dispenser. I loved the kitchen with all plates/utensils -only thing missing was a burner- it was awesome with excellent breakfast included- coffee great too- & affordable options. "
